Today’s fast paced business world can’t wait for slow cooked leadership. HR professionals are reporting a serious lack of degreed professionals in the approximate age range of 30 – 50. The numbers are strong under 30 and over 50. But as those in their 50’s continue to edge toward retirement and those in their 20’s enter their 30’s, the pressure is increasing for these young professionals to be “the replacement leaders,” about 10 years faster than in the recent past. This course is designed so you can learn the language of the executive suite, including the essentials of communications and sales. You will also move from “wow, I am nervous,” to being capable of presenting on your feet.
